My practical approach; balancing people, systems and data, has enabled companies to evolve seamlessly from seed stage, through merger, acquisition and downsizing, to international growth and exits. I’ve led organisational growth from 20 to 400+ global team members, and $0 to $12M annual turnover. 

I’m also a Canadian who has lived in London for over 9 years, and loves to travel - aiming to head to a new country at least once a year.
